Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
All our LED art pieces are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at familyhomegallery14@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
